Crawler mounted CPT unit

UK7, the 'bogskipper',  is a compact 8.5 tonne lightweight, low ground bearing pressure track mounted unitcrawler mounted CPT unit. It is mobilised to site on a low loader.  UK 7 is designed for site investigations in boggy conditions.

Flood defences
  
UK7  is ideally suited to working on restricted width embankment crests. The unit has a maximum speed of 35mph and is fitted with rubber tracks. These features enable the unit to move economically between test locations and with minimal ground disturbance. This tracked unit has also been deployed onto, and operated on a variety of self-elevating jack-up barges.
